What Does it Mean to Practice?

Hi, I am Buddy C, and this is our fifth 20 minute meditation in our Step 12 Series. We practice what we learn in recovery until it becomes second nature. This practice brings freedom from ourselves in every area of life - letting go and surrendering more and more. We talk about this concept in this mediation and a different tool or topic in each of the other Step 12 meditations.
